CANCELLATION POLICY

If you arrive 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, a portion of or the entire service may be restricted or cancelled based on service booked. There is a 10 hour window prior to the appointment time where a cancellation fee will be applied. l charge a 60% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 10 hours of scheduled appointment. Nail can be photographed and posted on social media for advertising and portfolio purposes. Attention! Permanent jewelry is subjected to a West Virginia state tax of 6%. All card transactions have a 3.5% processing fee. Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds on services or products.
